In 2024 our nominated was ADAPT.  ADAPT is a charity that provides support for families with premature and poorly babies on Leicester's Neonatal Units. They are a small local charity with no government funding and rely purely on people generosity and hard work to continue their valuable work. This charity was nominated due to the personal experience of one of our members and their family and the wonderful care and support ADAPT provided to them.

In 2023 our nominated charity was The Mix, a Stowmarket based youth charity who supports all young people from any background to be there best self. The Mix believes in a future in which young people become change makers, with clear confident voices that are heard above the noise, exercising both their rights and responsibilities to build a better world. Our members where keen to support this charity and the fantastic work it does.

In 2022 our nominated charity was The Children's Appeal. Funds were being raised to build a new children's ward at Ipswich hospital to improve the care and experience that could be provided to children visiting the hospital. Some of our members through personal experience have come really appreciate the care and support that the children's departments provide.

In 2021 our nominated charity was St Elizabeth Hospice. This fantastic organisation provides specialist help to those living with progressive and life-limiting illness. Some of our members have had direct experience of the wonderful care that St Elizabeth Hospice provides, and we were very proud to fundraise for them.
